Company Showcase and Company Team Policy
Rules for paid company visibility, KYB, controller authority, member consent and separation of individual accounts.

1. Nature of the showcase
The Company Profile Showcase is a paid advertising and visibility feature. It does not create a separate pooled marketplace account, merge team members’ accounts or guarantee impressions, enquiries, invitations, orders or revenue. Publication and renewal require the applicable entitlement and compliance checks.
2. Company verification and authority
The controlling user must have authority to represent the company and must provide accurate KYB information and supporting documents. Company legal name, registration details, ownership/control information and website information may be used for verification even where some fields are not displayed publicly. The company website field is for administrative KYB/KYC review and is not shown publicly unless J2D later introduces a separate expressly approved public field.
3. Team members and consent
A person may be displayed as part of a company team only after that person gives recorded consent through their own account or another approved consent process. The controller cannot consent on behalf of an unrelated member. A member may withdraw future public display, subject to preservation of historical transaction and audit records.
4. Account separation
Company members remain individual J2D users. Quotas, invitations, balances, earnings, bids, services, ratings, tax information and payouts are not pooled. Unless J2D introduces a different transaction architecture, the controlling human user remains the transactional seller for company-profile activity, and any team participation must be accurately represented.
5. Public claims and content
The showcase must not misrepresent team size, offices, locations, qualifications, clients, certifications or services. Logos, photographs and portfolio content must be authorised. J2D may require corrections, consent evidence or additional verification and may unpublish a showcase when entitlement expires, consent is missing or claims become unreliable.
6. Fees and non-renewal
The showcase fee, renewal period and VAT are shown at purchase. The current product may be offered yearly. Non-renewal or payment failure may unpublish the showcase without deleting the underlying company verification record or members’ individual accounts.
