Legacy Account Re-entry Notice
How users from an earlier JobsToDo system can regain access under the rebuilt J2D platform and current policies.

1. Rebuilt platform
The current J2D platform is a rebuilt service with new account, marketplace, verification, payment, safety and policy controls. A record from an earlier JobsToDo system does not automatically grant unrestricted access to the rebuilt platform.
2. Identity and account matching
A returning user may be asked to verify access to the historical email address, confirm identity, create new credentials, review imported information and resolve duplicate or conflicting records. J2D may decline automatic linking where ownership cannot be established safely.
3. Current terms and verification
Before using gated features, a returning user must accept the current required policies and complete any current email, profile, KYC/KYB, tax, security or local-task requirements applicable to the intended activity. Earlier acceptance of old terms does not replace acceptance of the rebuilt platform’s current policies.
4. Historical data
Only data that is lawfully available, reliable, necessary and compatible with the rebuilt system may be migrated. Old balances, reviews, listings, badges, verification states or transaction records are not guaranteed to appear or retain the same meaning. Where financial or legal records must be preserved, they may remain in restricted archives rather than the active profile.
5. Safety review and decisions
J2D may place a legacy account into review where there are unresolved disputes, security concerns, sanctions, conflicting identities, incomplete records or legal restrictions. Re-entry decisions may be recorded for audit and compliance purposes.
