Policy version: 1.1Effective from: 04 August 2026

Conduct, safety, listing, communication and fair-use rules for everyone using the J2D marketplace.

Platform operator: JobsToDo (also referred to as “J2D”) is a registered trading name of One Terrene International Group, a company limited by guarantee registered in Cyprus under number HE435117. JobsToDo trading-name registration: EE56780A. VAT number: CY10435117H.

Registered address: Vasileias 10B, Latsia, 2232, Cyprus. Office: 107 Giannou Kranidioti, Office 311, 2231 Latsia, Cyprus. Legal contact: legal@jobstodo.eu.

1. Core standard

Users must act honestly, lawfully, professionally and in good faith. J2D is designed around informed buyer choice, verified evidence and fair competition—not nationality, manipulation or the lowest price alone.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, exploitative, deceptive or rights-infringing services or requests.
  • False identity, fabricated experience, fake qualifications, misleading company claims, fake portfolios or manipulated verification evidence.
  • Spam, duplicate listings, keyword stuffing, bid manipulation, coordinated review manipulation or attempts to game ranking.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, coercion, stalking, doxxing or sharing another person’s private data without a lawful reason.
  • Malware, credential theft, unauthorised system access, circumvention tools or requests intended to facilitate wrongdoing.
  • Moving an active J2D transaction off-platform, concealing payment or sharing contact/payment details to evade platform controls.

3. Listings and offers

Requests, services and offers must be sufficiently clear, accurately categorised and within the user’s capability and legal authority. Prices, scope, delivery time, revisions, exclusions and dependencies must not be deceptive. J2D may reject, pause, recategorise or remove content that creates risk or does not meet marketplace standards.

4. Communication and files

Keep transaction communication in the available J2D rooms so scope, delivery and disputes can be evidenced. Do not upload unnecessary personal data, confidential third-party data or files you are not authorised to share. Safety scanning may block or flag contact details, links, malware or disguised attempts to bypass controls.

5. Ranking and visibility

Search and recommendations may consider relevance, structured skills and professions, verified evidence, profile completeness, language, location or timezone suitability, availability, performance, trust indicators, activity, buyer preferences, paid visibility and safety restrictions. Paid visibility does not guarantee selection and must be identified where required. J2D may change weighting to improve relevance, safety and marketplace quality.

6. Enforcement and appeals

J2D may warn, remove content, restrict features, delay activity, suspend accounts or close accounts. Severity, intent, history, harm, legal obligations and cooperation may be considered. Where appropriate, users may respond through support or legal@jobstodo.eu.
