Reviews and Trust Policy
Rules for transaction reviews, double-blind publication, moderation, verification indicators and trust information.

1. Genuine transaction reviews
Only eligible parties to a recorded J2D transaction may submit a review. Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience and may not be bought, exchanged, fabricated, coordinated or used as leverage for refunds, extra work or favourable treatment.
2. Double-blind process
Where configured, reviews are hidden until both parties submit or until the publication period expires. The current operational design may publish due reviews 14 days after acceptance. Ratings may cover overall experience and transaction-specific factors such as quality, deliverables, communication, timeliness, professionalism, scope accuracy, payment conduct and willingness to work together again.
3. Moderation
J2D may remove or redact content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, irrelevant, privacy-invasive, demonstrably fabricated, extortionate or unrelated to the transaction. J2D does not remove a review merely because it is negative or disputed. Where practical, the reviewer may be asked to revise content that violates presentation rules while preserving the underlying opinion.
4. Trust indicators
Trust indicators may reflect completed checks, evidence-reviewed experience, KYC/KYB status, transaction history, profile completion or platform conduct. They are contextual signals, not warranties. Verification may expire, be suspended or be removed if evidence changes or later information creates doubt.
5. Responses and challenges
A reviewed party may be allowed to respond. Challenges should identify a specific factual or policy issue and provide evidence. J2D may preserve the review and related records while investigating and may record moderation actions for audit and safety purposes.
